Agreement

Terms of Service

These terms set clear expectations for families and staff using Junio's website, learning portal, courses, and live mentor sessions.

Effective 22 July 2026 · Version terms-2026-07

A parent or legal guardian must create and supervise a minor learner's account, provide accurate information, review course suitability, and keep account credentials private. The parent is responsible for the child's participation and device or internet access unless Junio agrees otherwise in writing.

Course pages describe intended content and outcomes, not a guaranteed grade, school result, employment result, or level of mastery. Schedules, tutors, and individual activities may change when reasonably necessary; Junio will communicate material course changes to affected families.

  • Use only the account assigned to you and do not share passwords or meeting links publicly.
  • Treat students, families, tutors, and staff respectfully in lessons, messages, project feedback, and live sessions.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, copied, sexually explicit, hateful, or privacy-invasive content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass permissions, reveal quiz answers, disrupt the service, or access another learner's records.
  • Tell a parent, tutor, or Junio support contact promptly about a safety concern.

Students keep ownership of their original work. They give Junio the limited permission needed to store, display, review, and return that work within the course. Junio course videos, worksheets, branding, and lesson content may be used for the enrolled learner's personal learning and may not be redistributed commercially.

The exact price, included services, cohort dates, and payment method must be confirmed before payment. The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Where a written course offer gives a more favorable term, that written term applies.

Junio may temporarily limit or close access when needed to protect a child, another user, or the service; to respond to serious or repeated misuse; or when payment or enrollment has ended. We will consider the learner's age and the seriousness of the issue and will contact the parent when appropriate.

Junio works to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access to the internet, third-party video meetings, external project tools, or AI services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. For other losses, responsibility is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated and renewed agreement may be requested. These terms are interpreted under applicable Indonesian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to a family.
